This role involves planning, reporting, and consolidating financial data to provide key business insights. It serves as a liaison with Finance teams for internal and external reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, and interactions with External Auditors. The position drives process and system improve-ments, ensuring alignment across units and functions. It consolidates and analyzes financial KPIs, leads ad-hoc projects at the Corporate BPA level, and operates autonomously, efficiently managing complex tasks and communicating effectively with top management.

About the Role

Group Investor Relation (IR) materials preparation (Group IR)

  • Group Quarter end and Year End process including the support of key materials and validations for the completion of the quarterly financial Press Release (external reporting)
  • Pre-quarter preparation and post-quarter close update of IR documents incl. review from TAs, legal and other stakeholders (marketing, BD&L, CFO, IMI/IMUS Presidents)
  • Annual report support for Group (additional documents compared to quarter close)
  • Group slides preparation
  • System reports to support Board of Directors deck preparation

Quarter and month end process (Group Reporting / Closing)

  • Closing activities including Group closing deck consolidation using input from all units and update of reports/systems (Qlik, FRA coordination)
  • Responsible for providing consolidated views of Group financial results (P&L and FCF) to be used for key executive presentations including business drivers (sales, costs, TFC and other relevant information)
  • Post close meetings with FRA on deck / system changes and focus on items impacting all units
  • External auditor meetings & coordination to resolve questions from auditors
  • Preparations of master slides and relevant analysis files

Financial Planning

  • Financial Planning activities on SMART and P&L consolidation
  • All financial KPIs at company level

Essential Requirements:

  • Relevant degree (e.g.: Finance & Accounting or Business), Advanced degree preferred, MBA.
  • Proficiency in English required – spoken & written, other languages is an asset.
  • Demonstrated experience gained in pharmaceutical industry.
  • Significant experience working with group wide consolidation / reporting.
  • Experience gained working on group Investor Relations activities.
  • Experience with preparation of financial decks for Board of Directors / executive committee.
  • Ability to deal with highly complex environment, reducing complexity into strategy decision recommendations
  • Excellent analytical skills linked with conceptual thinking capabilities
